Spares
Realizing the need for quality spares in the
textile fraternity, STME went into the manufacture
of indigenously manufactured spares as early
as 1989. The in-house textile manufacturing
unit gave STME an in-depth insight on the varied
requirements from the customer's point of view.
Currently, a wide variety of spares are manufactured
in-house by the company and form ideal import
substitutes for leading brands of TFOT manufacturers
including Volkmann. A separate unit manufactures
replacement parts for Volkmann TFOs |

Conversion
Chaining of worn out parts like reserve disk,
deflection Plate, thread guide, spindle blade,
wharve, etc.,
Duly balanced to perform as per new spindles. |

Pot Conversion
and Energy saving
Convert spindle pot from bigger sizes 190,160,150
to smaller sizes 140,120 for enormous Powersaving.
Conversion of bearing hosing type to ball bearing
